I visited “御前そば 㐂た (Kita),” located about a 5-minute walk from Imazu Station.
Tempura Soba at “御前そば 㐂た”
This time, I had the tempura soba for ￥950 (tax included).
The noodles are slightly thin, and while the batter on the shrimp tempura tends to come off if it soaks in the broth, the shrimp are arranged leaning against the side of the bowl, so you can enjoy them as proper shrimp tempura.
The broth is delicious in a way that warms both body and soul, perfect for this time of year as the weather starts getting colder.
