I went to try the “Kaomari Thai（カオマリ タイ）” “Special Set”, from the restaurant that opened on the 7th of this month〜!

The Food at “Kaomari Thai”

Special Set　¥1,900（tax included）
I was happy that the rice was jasmine rice♪

This is Tom Yum Goong, with a whole large shrimp inside. It’s also packed with vegetables♪

Massaman curry. It looks bright red, but this one also wasn’t too spicy. It was a sweet-and-spicy curry with a flavor like star anise（maybe not though.. 🤔）, and nicely spiced.

Fresh spring rolls. They’re on the smaller side, perfect for one bite. I liked that they had cilantro on top👍

The green curry is sweet and spicy, and really gets your appetite going〜!
I’m not great with spicy food and even get sweaty from retort curry, but I enjoyed this one😉

A dish like the daily small side dish. This one was something like satsuma-age fish cake.

It comes with a daily dessert. This was tapioca milk.

After the meal, we had jasmine tea.

I had the daily curry set, and it was seriously delicious. It was a ¥1,300 set with a fried egg topping.

Final Thoughts

It was soooo delicious, and I got totally full〜😋
The portion was a little big, so if you’re a light eater, sharing it or choosing another menu item might be better😅
Apparently the Pad Thai set and Phak Phong curry set are also popular! The set with fresh spring rolls and small noodles sounds good too〜😊
