I found a shrine in Nagano Prefecture with a very “Nishinomiya”-sounding name: “Ueda Nishinomiya Ebisu Shrine”~(^_^)

Since the shrine’s name includes “Nishinomiya,” I thought, “Wow, that really feels Nishinomiya-ish,” and when I read more closely…

People around me call it either “Ebessan” or “Nishinomiya Shrine.” I’d never heard anyone say “Nishinomiya Ebisu Shrine”…
