Previously, we spotted an unfamiliar black train parked there and wrote an article about it↓

A train with a Sumikko Gurashi design (^O^)／
The illustrations on the side are behind the mesh fence^^; you really have to strain your eyes to see them.
What a shame〜Isn’t there some way to get a photo? we thought,
and when we looked under the wire fence…
