This Koshien Karaage seems to have been created under the supervision of the Japan Karaage Association~ It was my first time finding out that the Japan Karaage Association exists (^_^)
It’s said to be a carefully crafted karaage seasoned with a special sauce based on a blend of dark and light soy sauce, along with Ozeki Josen, a sake that represents Nishinomiya, and garlic from Yabu City.
