In last October’s quick news roundup, we reported that “TIERRA LUZ VIENTO（ティエラ ルス ビエント）”, a restaurant in EBISTA Nishinomiya, had reopened after a renewal. I went to try their <Complete Meal Salad Plate with Superfoods>!

There are seven types of <Complete Meal Salad Plate with Superfoods>, and you can choose the main dish and dressing.
The main was duck breast!!! Smoky and juicy!! I wanted more…😋
The salad was colorful and beautiful〜✨ Apparently it has more than 15 ingredients.
Pink grapefruit, hijiki seaweed, some kind of healthy-looking sesame, chickpeas, and even the cherry tomatoes are chopped so tiny.
I’m going to copy all of this at home〜😂
There were 10 kinds of dressing, and I seriously struggled to choose in front of the register😅 I recommend deciding before you get to the register…
In the end, I chose honey vinegar. Sweet, tangy, and delicious!
