The well-known bakery Escalier Bakery in Yamaguchi-cho has closed. It appears that a new bakery will be opening under the management of “Yamasho Itotome EAT Shop” (^^)/
The current owner reached out to Nishitsuu directly!
・“Yamasho Itotome EAT Shop”, which was featured on the TV show “Matsuko no Shiranai Sekai” for their botamochi (sweet rice cakes), will be opening a new bakery in the same location.
・The shop name will be changed.
・The menu will remain the same.
・Former Escalier employees will be joining the new bakery and continuing operations.

“Yamasho Itotome EAT Shop” is a shop from Kyotango, famous for their botamochi (sweet rice cakes) (*^-^*)

If they’re lined up right next to the bread, you’d buy them in a heartbeat, right~! (^^)/Apparently they’re quite hard to get, so I’m getting my hopes up just a little!
The menu stays the same, and the employees will continue working there too — that’s great news!
