At the 26th “Developer Awards Chosen by Tenants,” Hankyu Nishinomiya Gardens has won the Grand Prize for the 4th year in a row.

Hankyu Nishinomiya Gardens has won five times in the past, and apparently winning four years in a row is an unprecedented achievement.

In 2018, the Gate Building and Annex opened,

and in 2023, the Plus Building opened too.

With all the renewals happening this spring, new shops have been opening one after another.
