A ticket that lets you continue onto another railway line with a single ticket is called a connecting ticket.
Even for Hanakuma Station or Kosoku Kobe Station, where you can get there on the Hankyu train without transferring, do I buy a connecting ticket instead of a regular ticket?
That’s right. Actually, from Kobe-sannomiya Station westward, the line is Kobe Kosoku Railway. So when buying a ticket from a ticket machine to Hanakuma Station or Kosoku Kobe Station, first tap the area marked “connecting ticket,” then buy your ticket.
