It seems to be a limited-time pop-up store by the suit specialty store “ORIHIKA(Orihica),” located next to UNIQLO on the 1st floor of LaLaport Koshien.
They say, “With half the prices, costs, and operations, we offer comfort that feels just right”🙌

Apparently, some items will be up to 50% off! ORIHICA already seems to be in a relatively affordable price range, but it looks like you’ll be able to shop for even better deals here.
