It appears the shop has been temporarily closed since February 14 at 4:00 PM for renovations.
As of now, the grand reopening is scheduled for Saturday, March 1, and once confirmed, an announcement will be made on the official Instagram.

Area Information Around “24 Sweets shop”

Head this way and you’ll find Seven-Eleven, Koshien Gakuin, tokidoki, 麭屋さん (a bakery), and more toward the Amagasaki direction.

Head the opposite way and you’ll find the sushi restaurant “まき田” (Makita) right next door, McDonald’s, Hard Off, たけふく (Takefuku), and more toward the Gardens (Nishinomiya Gardens) direction.
