It seems to have opened on Monday, March 10.
They also seem to be running a campaign through Monday, March 31, with purchase prices increased by 20%〜

Area Around “Purchase Specialty Ikuraya Nishinomiya Imazu Store”
Diagonally across is the intersection of the Imazu West Line and Nakatsuhama Line.
If you go this way, you’ll find Nibe Park, Amagasaki Shinkin Bank, T-donut., Kichitori, and then Route 2.
In the opposite direction, you’ll reach the Naruo-Mikage Line. There’s Shunkichi Butcher Shop, FamilyMart, and more, heading toward Imazu Station.
Business hours are 10:00〜18:00. Open year-round.
There also seems to be one free parking space,
and it looks like you can use the “monthly parking” spot in this parking lot right next door〜
Finally
I feel like this might be the first time I’ve seen this purchase shop in Nishinomiya〜. Names of purchase shops like “Otakaraya,” “Ikuraya,” “Nanboya,” “Koyashiya,” and “Daikichi” are interesting because so many of them make it immediately clear that they’re purchase shops, don’t they? 😆
