“Sujikama,” a restaurant in Yamaguchi-cho famous for its kama-age udon, has resumed weekday evening hours.
They hadn’t been open on weekday evenings for a while, but
they’re now open from 17:00 to 21:00(LO 20:30).

Since it’s still really hot during the day, the “Chilled Sudachi Udon” is perfect. The topping is ice infused with dashi.
Just as it looks, the udon has amazing chewiness. The simple-is-best “Sesame Sauce Udon” is also irresistible.
This chilled tomato with flavorful dashi is also simple and delicious.
Kitsune udon is a great choice at night, too.
Wait, what?! They even have chilled kitsune udon for a limited time in summer! That’s the next one to try. (Apparently this one is excellent too.)
