Job listings are out too.
Here’s the map↓
The address is 3-10 Hamacho, Nishinomiya, Hyogo. This is where MaxValu Nishinomiya Hamacho used to be.

This is across the street.

If you go this way, you’ll reach Ebessan-suji. At the end of the street is the headquarters of Tatsuuma-Honke Brewing.

In the other direction, you’ll pass by ABC Housing and come out onto Fudaba-suji. It’s around the Starbucks and Traffic Park area.
The images below are quoted from the Pannell official website.

Pannell is a locally loved bakery that has been around in Takarazuka, Hyogo Prefecture, for over 40 years. Founded in 1982, it’s a long-established shop that seems to be so well known in Takarazuka that people say, “When you think of bread, you think of Pannell.”

Their signature item is shokupan, a Japanese milk bread popular for its moist, chewy texture. It had a reputation even before the luxury shokupan boom, and apparently some people even reserve it in advance.

They also have a great selection of savory breads and sweet pastries, and it sounds like Pannell is well loved in Takarazuka as the kind of neighborhood bakery you’d want to visit every day.

The warm, wood-toned look really gives it that bakery feel. Lovely✨

There are work vehicles and trucks lined up.

There’s a crane truck too.

The building is being repainted from MaxValu’s pink to Yamada Store’s navy blue.
