The other day, I passed by late at night and noticed a lively-looking place,
so I got curious and went to check out “Bar SUGAR” ＼(^o^)／

To order,
“Could you make us a fruit cocktail?”
“What fruits do you have today?”
That’s how we asked… and left it up to Niko-san ^^;
First, you choose the base fruit!
Then you tell them your preferences, like whether you want it stronger ＼(^o^)／
Then they squeeze the fruit, blend it, add the alcohol, and it’s done ヽ(^o^)丿
The master carefully tasted it along the way, and then it was complete !(^^)!
I had peach!
Niko-san had La France pear!
Me: “Wow, this is seriously alcoholic!” I thought I asked for it to be light on the alcohol ^^;
Niko-san: “This is basically juice!” Of course, she asked for it strong!
We stopped by after dinner, so we enjoyed them like dessert (#^.^#)
The small appetizer was a stylish simmered dish with chicken and shimeji mushrooms (nicely spiced), served with baguette (*^^)v

Final Thoughts
The master, who looks like Goro Kishitani, told us that lately more people seem to be drinking nearby instead of going out to Osaka or Kobe ヽ(^o^)丿
He said the bar tends to get busier later at night!
This time, the bill came to 2,500 yen for two people I didn’t ask for the breakdown, sorry ^^;
There are table seats as well as counter seats, and the atmosphere makes it easy to visit even if you’re new to bars (*^^)v
