The YouTube video of “Takefuku,” Nishinomiya’s famous restaurant known for its katsudon, is going seriously viral!!
It’s already passed 800,000 views! That’s way more than the entire population of Nishinomiyaーーー(Nishinomiya population: 484,197 as of December 1, 2022)
It’s on the うどんそば 兵庫 京都 Udonsoba channel,
and once you watch this video, you’ll probably want to head straight to “Takefuku”〜
Here it is↓↓
The sound of the cutlets frying,
and the crunchy slicing sound as they cut into the freshly fried cutlets…
It’s just the best!!

This is the “Takefuku” katsudon you can eat at the food court in Gardens.
We tried the “Katsudon” at Nishinomiya’s pride and joy, “Takefuku,” which opened on March 8 (Hankyu Nishinomiya Gardens) [Nishitsu Gourmet in Gardens]
The video is over an hour long, starting from the prep work before opening, but you can just keep watching it forever😀
The staff stay so calm as they efficiently handle everything inside the incredibly busy restaurant.
They work together so smoothly, with absolutely no wasted movement. You’ve got to see it.

Watching the video, everything looks so good that I want to try the whole menu.
For now, next time I go to “Takefuku,” I think I’ll order the katsu curry rice bowl😁
