The summer I had my first baby

With my first baby in front of me, I remember feeling so anxious, both mentally and physically, just full of worry… 🌻

Well, once 12 years have passed since giving birth to my first child, I’ve pretty much forgotten all about it, but I’m sure moms who have just given birth are going through some really tough days!
I’m Kurayan from Nishitsu, and I had my second child nine years ago.
And I heard there’s a seitai clinic that can be an incredibly reassuring ally for both maternity moms and postpartum moms!!
It’s a talked-about clinic in Nishinomiya, and amazingly, its staff have treated 4,000 pregnant and postpartum women. It’s a seitai clinic.

I visited “Naruo Pit Pelvic Seitai Clinic”, a 5-minute walk from Naruo-Mukogawajoshidai-mae Station ![]()
Here it is on the map ↓
The address is 2-1-7 Satonakacho, Nishinomiya, Hyogo.

Kurayan from Nishitsu, who is not currently pregnant, looked back on those days and went to hear all about it! I also tried a treatment using a machine I’d never seen before
Seitai for Maternity and Postpartum Care
We spoke with “Shota Fujishiro,” a seitai therapist who provides postpartum pelvic correction at Naruo Pit Pelvic Seitai Clinic~🤗

Examples of discomfort
- Lower back pain that kept getting worse from early pregnancy
- Swollen legs that feel heavy and sluggish
- Pain or numbness in the hips
- Severe pain in the shoulders or shoulder blades
- Pubic bone pain that makes it hard to move

We take photos to see whether your posture is correct.
2. Checking range of motion
We check the areas where pain occurs and look at muscle and joint issues through movement. We also perform treatment to actually improve your range of motion.
3. Checking distortion
We physically check for distortion by touching areas such as the pelvis and looking at things like “How much difference is there in leg length?” We also perform adjustment treatment for the distortion.
1. Posture Analysis
After the consultation, photos are taken to check the current state of your posture.

This is the photo taken earlier. Since the grid lines of the graph paper are in the background, you can tell whether your posture is straight ![]()

Distortion. Can you see it?
