A bento and deli shop called “こまつ” has opened in Mercado Mukogawa.
(Photos and information were provided by Tomo and Sasako, Nishitsu supporters. Thank you!)
Here it is↓

It looks like it opened on August 1.
On the floor map, it’s here↓

It’s spot 38. This used to be the udon shop Ichizen.

The Yomiuri Shimbun office is next door.

It’s right next to the Mercado Mukogawa parking lot.

You can order inside the shop, which is a big help in the hot summer.

There’s also an eat-in space. Apparently it has 6 seats.
Here’s the menu↓

A shiitake kombu bento is pretty unusual.

It looks like they’re holding an opening sale, with 100 yen off all bentos. It runs until August 3.
Final Thoughts
Apparently, on opening day yesterday, they were already sold out when someone went at 6:30 p.m., and kids and people coming home from work kept stopping by to take a look.
*Tomo and Sasako, Nishitsu supporters, thank you for the information!!
