Regarding the university invitation plan tied to the redevelopment of Oji Park in Kobe’s Nada Ward, the City of Kobe and Kwansei Gakuin Educational Foundation (Nishinomiya, Hyogo Prefecture) signed a basic agreement on the 22nd, formally agreeing to open a new campus.

They’re apparently aiming to open it in 2029. The campus is expected to include a restaurant with scenic views, and the grounds and facilities will be opened to local residents. They also seem to be considering a library that non-students can use, too.
*Thank you to Nishitsu supporters Iroha and Sasako for the information!!
