皇蘭(Kouran) is a Chinese food specialty shop founded in 1959 that has long been loved in Kobe’s Nankinmachi Chinatown. Its especially popular “nikuman and butaman” steamed pork buns have reportedly been featured in various media, including being ranked No. 1 in a local Chinese bun mail-order ranking. It looks like they also sell classic Chinese items like fried dishes and steamed dishes, as well as fried rice, noodles, and sweets😊
In Closing
Nikuman that are perfect for eating on the go, and gyoza that pair perfectly with beer, sound just right for watching a game〜😄 We weren’t able to confirm the opening date or exact location at this point, but we’ll write another article as soon as more information comes in〜.
