It looks like there was a rainbow in Nishinomiya today, January 21, around 4 p.m.

Taken from Shukugawa Green Town. It looks like the rainbow is rising from the north side of Shukugawa. It looks fairly thick.
Apparently it could also be seen from the Hankyu train. People looking out the north-side windows may have been able to see it.
By the way, the most recent rainbow Nishitsu confirmed was on New Year’s Eve.
