Yesterday, February 6, some kind of construction work was being done at “Yoshinoya” in Frente Nishinomiya.

They were right in the middle of replacing the sign😃

Until just recently, it had a dark-colored design, but…

Now it has an orange-ish design😃
The workers were fitting what looked like a banner-style sheet with the Yoshinoya logo into the frame. So there are signs that get installed like this too〜〜. Huh〜〜.
According to Google Street View, up until around 2018, the sign originally had this kind of “orange” design.
After that, it was replaced with a black sign, and for about four to five years it was the “black Yoshinoya,” but…
Looks like it’s back to orange again〜
I looked a little into the difference between the orange and black locations, and it seems that the inside of a “black Yoshinoya” has a more stylish atmosphere, with a drink bar and chargers available. In Nishinomiya, it seems to be like the Route 171 Mukogawa location or the Kubo location.
I don’t remember it very clearly, but I think the Frente Nishinomiya location probably didn’t have a drink bar or anything like that, so maybe they changed it to a black sign once, then decided to bring it back to orange〜.
