Found “Koshien Curry” Potato Chips on Sale [Nishitsu Gourmet]

While shopping at the Daiei on the basement 1st floor of Shukugawa Green Town, I found this product~

Calbee has released “Koshien Curry”-flavored potato chips~~. Apparently they’re Kansai-only~

I actually bought some

It says “Koshien Approved,” which is kind of funny. Maybe this product exists partly because of the 100th anniversary

Hmm, okay. It’s meant to evoke the flavor of Koshien Curry. I see.

I’ve properly eaten Koshien Curry too, you know. Let’s see what these taste like~

Hmm. They look like pretty ordinary potato chips.

Ooooh!! This is way more like actual curry than the usual curry powder I was expecting. It really has the flavor of a rich curry.

Honestly, I underestimated potato chips, but I think these are pretty impressive.

If you spot them, give them a try~. Rather than just curry powder, you should be able to enjoy potato chips that genuinely taste like curry. As expected from something approved by Koshien Stadium
