It looks like key duplication has already started! They also seem to be accepting repair items and repair estimates already.

Area around “Plus One,” the shoe repair and key duplication shop
Across the street are “Asian Kitchen Pearl,” which just opened this month,
and the rice flour cookie specialty shop “Green kope.”
If you go this way, you’ll find Life, Ajitsutsumi, Nagomi Ramen, and more.
If you go in the opposite direction, you’ll find Uogashi Kochan, leading toward the Koshienguchi Honwaka Shopping Street.
Finally
When we searched for shoe repair and key duplication shops in Koshienguchi, we only found one key duplication shop along Route 2, so there are surprisingly few in the area. It’s nice for nearby residents to have somewhere close by to ask for help right away if they run into trouble with their keys.
