On the 1st floor of a newly built rental apartment building called Pregio Nishinomiya Imazu. This is the location~

The address is 1-20 Imazu Mizunamicho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture, Pregio Nishinomiya Imazu 1F.
“日産プリンス大阪” used to be at this location until around 2018.
Area around “chocoZAP Nishinomiya Imazu”
If you go this way, you’ll pass ENEOS, Tanimukai Hospital, and under the Nishinomiya Interchange toward Koshien.
The opposite side is right by the Imazu Nishisen road. Beyond that are Jumbo Sakaba, Tsuto Central Park, and the area toward Nishinomiya Shrine.
It looks like there are two tenant spaces on the 1st floor of this apartment building, one in front and one farther back~
Interior work seems to have started at this spot now, so there’s a good chance chocoZAP will be going in here😃
I’m also curious to see what will move into the other space~
Final Thoughts
A little while ago, we also wrote an article saying that “a fitness gym called FIT PLACE24 is opening in front of Hanshin Imazu Station,” and with this, it looks like there will be a total of seven fitness gyms around Imazu Station~!😳 There probably aren’t many areas in Nishinomiya City where gyms are this concentrated.
