Just the moisture from the napa cabbage makes it this brimming with broth. It’s simple, but you can really imagine the flavor of the ingredients coming through slowly〜
You can also enjoy changing up the flavor by adding Nishinomiya Ebisu Oil〜👌

After five years in business, the much-loved “Nishinomiya Hakusai Kitchen Corchina” closed once. It was a popular spot that had even been featured on TV, and Hyodo Daiki-san was known to visit often.
