This item I saw in a recent press release looks pretty good.
It’s an ice cream baked cheesecake. 2,500 yen. It has a new structure with two kinds of crunch layered inside. The texture sounds fun.
It combines the popular “Strawberry Cheesecake” flavor with baked cheesecake. Apparently, it took over a year to develop.
Since it’s rectangular, it looks easy to slice and share! Opening right in the middle of winter means ice cream cakes might really hit the spot. And since it’s in the same Kotoen area, you could alternate sweets between this place and Moikiya across the tracks too.
