It’s funny how just switching udon to yellow soba makes it go so well with pepper!

“Mendokoro Gokou” is an udon shop run directly by the adjoining “Morishita Seimenjo” noodle maker. It’s a cozy place that has long been loved by locals. Apparently, they also offer takeout of their homemade noodles😄
