It looks like a ramen and fresh pasta restaurant called “麺匠 くおん” is opening near Nigawa Station along the Nakatsuhama Line.

Around “麺匠 くおん”
Across the street is a building with Fujita Dental Clinic and Family Funeral Eterno.
If you go this way, you’ll find Shekarashika, Katsudon Ouka, Osaka Ohsho, Masaya, and more, then cross Nigawa Bridge into Nishinomiya City.
In the opposite direction, you’ll find Hanshin Racecourse, Big Boy, McDonald’s, and the road toward Takarazuka Station.
Maybe a sister restaurant of the kushikatsu place next door, “澪音(Leo)”?
The spot where the newly opening “麺匠 くおん” is located seems to have originally been home to “串カツ 澪音(Leo),” which is now next door😃

The current location of “澪音” used to be a vacant tenant space〜
After that, 澪音 moved to the space on the right.
📍As of January 2025
There are now two “澪音” signs, one at the old location and one at the new location. By this time, it looks like they had already started operating on the right side〜

items that are also on the menu at the neighboring “串カツ 澪音”〜! (The mapo tofu is not noodles, though.)
Based on all this, I’m thinking “麺匠くおん” is probably quite likely to be a sister restaurant of 澪音. *We still don’t have definite confirmation, so this is a “probably”〜
In particular, the Mentaiko Fresh Pasta has a really strong reputation in reviews, with comments like “one of the three best pastas I’ve ever had,” “a must-order!” and “it tastes as good as a specialty pasta restaurant”😆
Apparently, the chewy texture of the fresh pasta is irresistible. I’m seriously curious〜😍
Finally
Recently, “Ramen Mondo” just opened yesterday near Mondo-Yakujin Station, and now another noodle-focused restaurant is appearing near Nigawa Station too〜🍜 This new place has a style where it serves different kinds of noodles in one shop, including mapo noodles, chicken paitan ramen, and fresh pasta. It’s super unique and definitely intriguing〜😄 We’ll let you know if we hear anything new〜
