What’s the additional sale for Habatan Pay+ Round 4?

Habatan Pay+, which has sold out instantly several times since last year, is getting an additional release for about 900,000 people this time. The key point is the 25% premium: “pay 5,000 yen and get 6,250 yen worth”.

This time, each person can buy up to 2 units! That means with a maximum purchase of 10,000 yen, you can charge 12,500 yen’s worth, making the 2,500 yen difference a nice deal. That’s about enough to get one 5kg bag of stockpiled rice for free.

This additional sale will only be officially decided after the supplementary budget is approved at the Hyogo Prefectural Assembly in June 2025.
If the budget passes, details are expected to be announced on the prefecture’s website around mid-June, and information will also be sent to registered email addresses, so keep an eye out for updates.

Rough Schedule

Application period: Late June to late July (lottery system)
Usage period: Early August to late October
Where it can be used: It looks like the same Round 4 participating stores, including supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, and more across the prefecture.

The nice thing this time is that even people who already bought Round 4 can try again. If the whole family applies, it could make summer vacation through fall expenses a lot easier!

How to Apply

In late June, select the number of units you want (up to 2) through the application form inside the “Habatan Pay+” app.
Once you receive the winning notification email, complete the payment (charge) and you can use it right away!

Honwaka Girl, Governor Saito, and Shachomi. Koshienguchi Shopping Street also has lots of Habatan Pay participating stores, doesn’t it? This is Governor Saito, who still came on the first day of Rakuichi Rakuza even though it was canceled due to heavy rain.

I’ve personally been using this campaign too since it helps with household expenses. Since I have a lot of kids, I spent it all on groceries at Lopia. It’s a great deal for shopping at your favorite stores, supermarkets, and more, so don’t forget about it.
