An Okonomiyaki Restaurant from Akashi with a 48-Year History
The images below are quoted from For okonomiyaki in Akashi, Okonomiyaki & Teppanyaki Tsukushi | A welcoming space anyone can casually stop by.

“Tsukushi” is an okonomiyaki and teppanyaki restaurant founded 48 years ago, with its main shop in front of Akashi Station. It also apparently has sister shops very close to the main branch and in front of Tarumi Station. In addition to okonomiyaki, they offer a wide variety of teppanyaki dishes, seasonal à la carte items, Akashiyaki, and courses with all-you-can-drink options. It seems like the kind of place you can enjoy casually, from an easy meal to a party, almost like an izakaya🍻

Final Thoughts
It feels like okonomiyaki places have been slowly increasing around Hanshin Nishinomiya lately😄 Tsukushi’s signature dish is apparently “teppan Akashiyaki,” eaten right on the hot plate. I’m curious! It’s opening in early September.
※Sasako & Ravi no Shippo @ Nishitsu SP, thank you for the tip!!
