It looks like eels are swimming in Shukugawa.
(Thanks to Uzura-san for the tip.)

No doubt about it. That’s an eel.
Yesterday, we published an article about an eel appearing in the Shinbori River.
Here’s where it was spotted. On the map, it’s here↓
The location is apparently around the mouth of the Shukugawa River.

Since it’s right near the mouth of the Shukugawa River, it’s probably around here, or maybe a little farther north.

It’s basically Gozengahama, so parking at the Gozengahama lot might be convenient.

Apparently, when they flipped over a big stone, almost like a rock, the eels came out. There were three of them!
This is a video taken around five years ago at the river mouth. Some very mysterious little fish are swimming around.

By the way, when we asked Uzura-san, who caught them, “So, did you eat the eels?”

“I’m keeping them.” That’s what they said.

Hope they grow up healthy!
*Uzura-san, thank you very much for the tip!!
