Akashiyaki tends to fall apart quickly when you eat it with chopsticks, but here you scoop it up with a spoon, dip it into the dashi, and eat it just like that, so it seems easy for kids to enjoy too👦 By the way, it sounds like the Kobe-style way of eating it, adding sauce first and then dipping it in the dashi, is delicious too〜😋
