On the “Nishi2 Q” message board that’s been appearing on Nishi2 lately, a post asking “Have your rice vouchers arrived?” has received more than 100 comments.
Some people said, “Mine arrived in February!” while others said, “It’s mid-March and mine still hasn’t arrived…” so the timing seems to vary quite a bit.

They’re vouchers that Nishinomiya City is distributing to all households in the city (about 230,000 households) using a national government grant.
