Overview of Advance Reservations via LINE
Application Period
Tuesday, September 1, 2020 – Friday, October 30, 2020
※Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
Applications for the use of daycare centers and similar facilities will also be accepted at the Shiose Center on Wednesday, October 7, 2020, and at the Yamaguchi Center on Wednesday, October 14, 2020, but reservations cannot be made for these.
How to Make a Reservation
Please make your reservation via LINE by 5:00 p.m. two days before your desired reservation date (or, if that day falls on a city office closure day, by 5:00 p.m. on the immediately preceding business day).
Reservations close after 5:00 p.m., but the service counter will still be open on the day itself.
※Reservations are limited to two per household. (You cannot make two reservations for the same day.)
Reservation Steps
- If you are using a PC, add the account as a friend from here (if you are using a smartphone, add it from here), then enter “西宮市保育入所課” in the chat and send it.
- Select “予約する,” enter the date and time, your name, and phone number, and your reservation is complete.
