The “Kura Sushi Koshien” location opening in Ueda Nishimachi in early December will apparently be built on the former Kojima Denki site.

They’re also hiring staff. Since it’s scheduled to open in early December, we’ll share details like the opening date as soon as we find out. It may end up being a head-to-head battle with Hakodate Ichiba, but Hakodate Ichiba only has two locations in Hyogo Prefecture, in Himeji and Nishinomiya, so we hope they keep holding their own.
