While walking near Koshien Stadium, I spotted a sidewalk that felt very Tigers-like
The tactile paving blocks have black borders, and don’t they kind of look like the Tigers colors? 😀

Since it’s around Koshien, I got excited thinking, “Maybe they made it look like Tigers colors on purpose??”
But then…
The road in front of Life in Naruo also has clear borders.
This is Route 171, and it has borders too.
This is National Route 2, and the borders are properly there as well～

Still, the borders here are darker, so they really do look like Tigers colors to me.
Why are tactile paving blocks outlined like this? I was curious, so I looked it up.
Apparently, the dark borders make the tactile paving blocks easier to see for people with low vision.
