What I Ate at “Eggs ‘n Things Coffee”
Strawberry, Whipped Cream and Macadamia Nut Pancakes ￥1,180 (tax excluded)
Because both the sweetness and texture are so light, this mountain of whipped cream totally works😍
The pancakes are moist, and you can even taste a slight saltinessMaybe it’s the contrast with the cream ^^;
You can pour sweet syrup over the whipped cream tower to your liking (^O^)／
The white one isn’t condensed milk, but coconut milk.
The brown one isn’t chocolate, but maple syrup.
The red one isn’t strawberry, but guava.
Once you’re shown to your seat, you take a card to the register to order, then bring plates, syrup, and other items to your table yourself.
You can also scan the QR code on the card and pay at your table through table payment. (Card payment only)

Apparently, it’s one of those classic Hawaii-style drinks, made by mixing black tea with pineapple juice.
It had a clean, refreshing taste (^O^)／
100% Kona Coffee ￥490 (tax excluded)
It’s a little on the pricey side, but it’s one of the world’s three great coffees! This rare coffee is produced only in Kona on the Island of Hawaii.
As expected from a shop born in Hawaii! I got to enjoy 100% Kona coffee (^O^)／ It had a wonderful aroma, little bitterness, and a mellow acidity (^ ^)
Acai Bowl ￥880 (tax excluded)
A little fun fact you may be too embarrassed to ask now: Acai is a blueberry-like fruit that is very nutritious and said to be good for health and beauty.Acai bowls originated in Brazil, but they gained attention at cafes in Hawaii and became famous worldwide (^ ^)
The acai here is gelato-like, and it was topped with banana and pineapplethese two were fresh, plus strawberries, blueberries, and mango (^O^)／
Inside, there’s chunky, nicely crunchy granola!

This shop is in an open space. On the first day, it was already full a little after 10:00, and I waited about an hour before getting inside…
The staff kindly asks, “Would you like us to take a photo to commemorate your visit?”They taught us a Hawaiian pose, kind of like saying cheese (^O^)／
Finished plates and other items are returned by self-service. The sweet pancakes were delicious, but the garlic shrimp and loco moco eggs Benedict also looked tempting (*^_^*)
