“ステーキ家” had opened its Koshien location in 2014(the former Aeon Koshien location), its Nishinomiya location in 2015(the former Daiei Nishinomiya location), and its ACTA location in 2017, so it’s sad to see it go.
We also featured it in Nishi2 Gourmet. The beef sagari steak came with a choice of 12 sauces, but salt was apparently also recommended because it let the flavor of the meat come through directly. Since it was high-quality lean meat, the fat didn’t seem too noticeable either.
