It looks like Tigers alumnus Shinjiro Hiyama will be holding a talk show as part of a special event by Nikkan Sports and the Koshien History Museum.

Hiyama was the players’ association chairman, wasn’t he? His cheering song, “♪ Hiyama, charge ahead,” ranked No. 1 in Sports Navi’s “Fans’ Favorite Pro Baseball Cheering Songs: Hanshin Edition,” and he was incredible as the “god of pinch hitters,” too. Sounds like we’ll get to hear all kinds of interesting stories.
