↑Where is this?
Some of you might remember this, but
this is the place we visited right after it opened, when there was nothing there yet.

Homes are going up one after another at Auberge Court Mukogawa Phase 2✨

At last, tours of the model house are about to begin!!
This is “Auberge Mukogawa” Phase 1, which was completed one year earlier and is already home to 18 families↓

Nomura Komuten puts incredible care into the exterior design, while also incorporating interior design and planting plans. With details like all interior walls finished in plaster, these are all beautiful homes where you can truly feel the difference when you see them.

The model house being completed is Lot 1.
Here is the lot map↓

And amazingly, there is only one home left where you can design freely!

Take a look at the before and after😆 The streetscape is just too lovely!!
Here’s a little more about the first much-anticipated model house at Auberge Court Mukogawa Phase 2✨

With the luxurious texture of stone, plantings that add seasonal color, and an impressive symbolic tree, the entrance conveys both attention to detail and elegance.
What kind of floor plan does it have??

Oh! The living room connects seamlessly to the balcony and LDK without any step, giving it such an open feel♪ Outside, there’s also a garage with parking for two cars. Perfect!
Does this mean Nishi2 has no choice but to go and check it out?!
That’s right! Nomura Komuten has one major feature✨
It’s the walls↓

This is not wallpaper. These are plaster walls made from natural materials ![]()
What is plaster(shikkui)?
★It is expected to have antibacterial properties, helping you stay comfortable even during the humid rainy season.
★Because it is made from natural materials, it is gentle on the body!! Recommended for those concerned about “sick house syndrome” or allergies.
★It helps regulate humidity, so you can stay comfortably dry!!
★The main component of plaster is inorganic and nonflammable, so it does not produce harmful gases or vapors when exposed to fire. That means it is highly fire-resistant!! And durable!!
★It does not easily generate static electricity and is a material that resists dust and house dust, so it is resistant to stains and easy to clean!
★Because it is applied by hand, it can be given trowel marks, polished, or finished with unique shadows and depth… all kinds of expressions are possible. It can create a beautiful texture that vinyl wallpaper simply cannot imitate.

Here’s what makes it different from other companies’ plaster walls!!
★They use Italian plaster “Marmorino,” which is also used in World Heritage sites✨(Amazingly, in Japan it is handled only by Nomura Komuten!)
How is regular plaster different from “Marmorino”?
(1)It contains about 20% marble, giving it a bright white, luminous texture.
(2)Because it does not use the sand normally used as a binder, it creates a smooth and beautiful finish.
(3)With the tasteful texture created by skilled craftsmen, you can experience a depth that comes from each finish being completed with care.

“By the way, if you’d like this kit that lets you compare fireproof and flame-resistant performance with vinyl wallpaper, we’ll give it to you for free!” they said.
At Nomura Komuten, plaster is used on all walls and ceilings, from the living room, bedrooms, entrance, and hallway to the water areas ![]()

The completed home viewing event for Nomura Komuten’s Auberge Court Mukogawa Phase 2 will start in early September ![]()
