The event is called “K.G.R. Railway Photo Exhibition Vol. 11 Special Feature: Kansai Facilities.”
It’s being held until June 9 from 10:00 to 18:00. On the final day, it closes at 17:00
The venue is Nishinomiya City Kitaguchi Gallery on the 6th floor of ACTA East Wing (the side with Coop).

Apparently, the exhibition includes photos of Hankyu trains as well as valuable old photos that can no longer be seen today. By the way, KGR stands for Kwansei Gakuin University’s Railway Research Club.
