It looks like a gyoza specialty shop called “てんしんのきもち” is opening on the 1st floor of Koshien Plus near Hanshin Koshien Stadium.

The notice↓

Apparently, it will be a stylish gyoza restaurant🥟
The location will be on the 1st floor of Koshien Plus.

The spot where the sundubu specialty restaurant “OKKII” closed at the end of last year is currently under construction, and it looks like the new shop will open there🙌
There was also a notice↓

It says the grand opening is scheduled for Tuesday, March 25😄
Here it is on the map↓
The address is 1F, 8-15 Koshien-cho, Nishinomiya, Hyogo.
What’s around “てんしんのきもち”?

Across the street is LaLaport Koshien.

On the left side as you face it, you’ll find Hokkyokusei, Lawson, Koshien Stadium, Corowa Koshien, and Hanshin Koshien Stadium.

On the other side are Tsunosda Meat, Chuo-ken, Seven-Eleven, and the road leads out toward Rinko Line.
What is “てんしんのきもち”?
Quoted from Fresh Gyoza Online Shop | 点心ノ気持ち
“点心の気持ち” is a gyoza restaurant with an attached workshop, headquartered in Taisho Ward, Osaka. They take pride in preservative-free, fully handmade gyoza, with everything done by hand from kneading the dough to wrapping each dumpling. They say they pursue a level of quality that machines simply can’t achieve. In 2024, they were apparently selected for Tabelog’s “Gyoza Top 100 Restaurants”!
They also have an official online shop🥟

Even the notice in front of the shop features the word “inefficient”😊
Lastly
With high school baseball and professional baseball season coming up, the opening of a gyoza shop will probably be welcome news😄 Since these gyoza are made with plenty of time and care, expectations are rising♪ It is scheduled to open on Tuesday, March 25.
