The ramen shop “Naruo Yamaimo Research Institute FLAT BUSH” along the Kosone Line appears to be closing.

It looks like the shop will close on Saturday, January 31.
After that, they plan to open a new shop in a different location, and the new place is currently under renovation.
They’re still considering what form the shop will take, but the post says they plan to keep pursuing yamaimo dishes going forward.

“Naruo Yamaimo Research Institute FLAT BUSH” has been operating for about 12 years while continuing to evolve its yamaimo dishes. It’s a relief that this isn’t a permanent closure and that the shop is relocating, but fans will probably still feel a little sad. Hopefully the next shop will also be in Nishinomiya. The current shop will be open until Saturday, 1/31.
