On the floor map, it’s here ↓

It looks like it will open in the East Mall on the 2nd floor of the main building. It will probably be one of the currently vacant spots marked in red.
What is “LOVOT”?
Quoted from LOVOT 3.0 | LOVOT[らぼっと]
It’s a “soothing AI robot” developed by the Japanese robotics startup GROOVE X. Rather than being “useful,” it focuses on “staying close to people,” and has been getting attention as a new kind of communication robot.
LOVOT is known for lifelike responses, such as coming closer, acting affectionate, and feeling gently warm when you hold it. It can remember faces and voices and grow attached to people, so the more you interact with it, the more attached you become. Last year, a “MYAKU-MYAKU-themed LOVOT” inspired by MYAKU-MYAKU, the official character of the Osaka-Kansai Expo, was also unveiled.
At the new store, it won’t just be on display. It will be a space where visitors can actually touch and hold LOVOT while imagining what everyday life together would feel like.

Lastly
With its round eyes and adorable shape, LOVOT looks like something you might fall in love with the moment you meet it in-store 😍 Many people seem to welcome one home for themselves, and it’s also often chosen as a gift for family members. It looks like more and more people are bringing LOVOT into their homes because they can’t keep a pet, want a little warmth in their daily life, or hope it will spark more conversations with family. If you’re curious, why not check it out once the store opens?
