While I was out looking for signs of spring in the forest park… everyone was looking down from Midori Bridge and saying, “Wow!” so I was like, “W-what is it?” and took a peek…

There was a person suspended by a rope (*_*;
I was wondering what on earth was going on, and then I saw this sign↓

Good thing it was just training (^_^;)
It says, “Please feel free to observe from a safe place,” so I watched for a while!
Still, it must be scary for the person hanging there… especially the person playing the patient, since their legs and body are secured…

The height doesn’t really come across, but from the side the bridge looks like this↓

There were people overseeing the whole operation from above,

and people below handling the ropes tied to the trees↓

Thanks to everyone working together, the person was safely lowered down!
This photo might give you a better sense of the height! They were lowered using the blue rope on the left (^_^)v
It turns out they’re all active firefighters! And today was apparently voluntary training by people who had the day off, which really makes you admire their dedication!!!!
Here’s the location↓
Midori Bridge is just inside the forest park from parking lot P4.
