Cafe Flat’s Mango Yogurt Parfait and Mixed Berry Parfait Near Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi [Nishitsu Gourmet]

I visited “CAFE FRAT,” located near Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi in a quiet residential area along the Kitaguchi Line～(^o^)／

With its greenery-filled exterior, it’s a lovely cafe with a great atmosphere.

The bottom is packed full of everyone’s favorite cornflakes♪

On top, there’s ice cream, cheesecake, and frozen raspberries and blueberries～(^o^)／

“Since it has cheesecake in it too, it’s really satisfying～(^_^)”

“You can enjoy all kinds of flavors in just one parfait～♪”

This one is the Mango Yogurt Parfait

Just like the Mixed Berry Parfait, the bottom was packed with cornflakes.

On top, there’s ice cream, yogurt, and frozen mango😀

“The sweetness of the ice cream and the tartness of the yogurt are nicely balanced～”

“As the frozen mango starts to melt, you can enjoy it with the ice cream or mix it with the yogurt～”

We stopped by after a meal, so we were already pretty full…

But somehow, even when cake won’t fit, a parfait still does. How does that work～😅

Since ice cream melts, it almost feels like it has zero calories😃

It’s been hot lately, so cold treats naturally catch your eye.

There’s fruit properly tucked into the bottom too😄

I also liked that it was just the right size to eat by yourself～(^_^)

The cafe had a nice atmosphere, and behind our table,

a little boy and his mother were enjoying a cafe date.

Besides parfaits, the menu included lunch items, drinks,

and homemade chiffon cake.
