It looks like the café section, “Tete Nishinomiya”, at Chidoriya Soke inside Hanshin Nishinomiya Station has closed.

Notice posted↓↓

Renovations seem to have taken place on September 7 and 8.
After the renovation, from September 9 onward, it appears to have become
a space where customers purchasing wagashi can enjoy coffee, tea,
and sweets free of charge.
Here it is on the map↓↓
The address is 14-4 Rokutanji-cho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
Area Around “Chidoriya Soke” Tete

Across the way is the wall of Jankara.

If you go this way, you’ll come out onto the road in front of City Hall.

If you go the other way, you’ll soon reach Fudabasuji Line; going right takes you toward National Route 2, and going left takes you toward National Route 43.
If you go straight, you’ll find Hanshin Nishinomiya Department Store.
Finally
I’m sure many people are disappointed that the Tete café section has closed.
It hasn’t disappeared completely, though; it seems to have been transformed into a new relaxation space, so that’s good news~
