We wanted to know right away, so we contacted Nishinomiya Shrine directly ＼(^o^)／
Mama @ Nishitsu: “Sorry to bother you when you’re busy. There’s something I’d like to ask…”
Nishinomiya Shrine staff: “Yes, what is it?”
Mama @ Nishitsu: “It seems like the koi in the pond have gradually been disappearing since around the end of the year. Have they been moved somewhere or evacuated?”

Mama @ Nishitsu: “Are they going to check the pond for me…? No, probably not ^^;”

So, we went to Ebessan to take a look! It was a cold January 8!
There they were!
They were swimming together happily!
But we couldn’t find the other koi… They’re probably hiding somewhere…
