It looks like supermarket “OK Store” is coming to Minami-Mukonoso along the Niho Line in Amagasaki.

The address is 11-9-7 Minami-Mukonoso, Amagasaki City, Hyogo Prefecture.
This is the former site of Japan Amagasaki Store.
Area around “OK Store”
If you go this way, you’ll pass under the Meishin Expressway overpass, then find McDonald’s, Royal Host, and farther along, Maruhachi and other places, heading toward Itami.
In the opposite direction, there’s Bikkuri Donkey, and after passing under the JR overpass, you’ll find Lawson, Kansai Rosai Hospital, and more.
What is “OK Store”?

“OK Store” is a discount supermarket chain mainly operating in the Kanto region. Its management policy appears to be “High Quality Everyday Low Price.”
It seems they’re especially focused on “low prices”, with policies like “no special sale days or limited-time sale items, just low prices every day” and “we’ll lower the price if it’s higher than another store”.
Final Thoughts
As of now, OK Store still doesn’t have any locations in Kansai, but it looks like their first Kansai store is set to open in Higashiosaka this November. It also looks like one is planned for Tarumi in Kobe! Since this supermarket is still very rare in Kansai, even though it’s in neighboring Amagasaki, quite a few people may be interested～😄 If we get more details, such as the opening date, we may write another article.
